Training Fees

TRAINING FEES FOR THE 2008-2009 SEASON

SEPTEMBER - MAY DUES STRUCTURE OF NINE EQUAL MONTHLY PAYMENTS:

September is the beginning of the swimming season. Fundraising is built into these fees so that no one is asked to do outside fundraising as voted upon by CTA families at the open house meeting in 2006.

June, July and August are free for swimmers who join in September. All swimmers that join in October or later will be billed for the summer months based on a 9 month cycle (see below). No one pays in August.

As shown, the second swimmer in the family receives a $15/month discount. The third swimmer in the family receives a $25/month discount. The fourth swimmer (or more) in the family is free.

All training fees are due by the first day (1st) of each month. A $10 late fee is assessed if full payment is not made by the tenth (10th) of that month. If payment is not received by the tenth (10th) day of the following month, the Swimmer(s), at the discretion of the Board, may be suspended from participatin in any or all Team training or activities.
If a swimmer trains for any part of a month, the parent/guardian is obligated to pay the full training fee for that entire month.
Make checks payable to "CTA".
A $20 service charge will be billed for any checks returned by the bank.
If, for any reason, a swimmer discontinues swimming with CTA, a thirty (30) day written notice of the swimmer's withdrawal is required. Payment of monthly training fees for one month after the last month a swimmer attends a training session will be required upon faiure to provide a thirty day written notice. Plan ahead regarding this obigation and your child's other activities.

MONTHLY DUES FOR SWIMMERS THAT JOIN IN A MONTH OTHER THAN SEPTEMBER:

September is the beginning of swimming season. These dues are for swimmers joining CTA during months other than September.

Note that the normal training fees are simply extended to June or July if you join in a month other than September.

August is free for everyone.

The second swimmer in the family receives a $15/month discount. The third swimmer in the family receives a $25/month discount. The fourth swimmer (or more) in the family is free. These fees are listed above.
